Who Founded WOW! Facility Services?

Christian Espinoza founded WOW! Facility Services in 2005.

Espinoza came to the United States from Quito, Ecuador, at age 12. His family settled in New York, where his parents worked factory jobs in Mount Vernon. Christian later helped his mother clean the factory on weekends.

After working in banking, Christian received an opportunity from a Director of Facilities to complete a post-construction cleaning project. That opportunity became the foundation of the company that grew into WOW! Facility Services.

Today, Christian Espinoza serves as President and CEO of WOW! Facility Services.

The technology supports employee check-in and check-out, timekeeping, supervisor oversight, service monitoring, quality-control inspections, deficiency documentation, photo documentation where appropriate, issue reporting and client communication.

For recurring accounts, quality-control inspections are completed through the integrated operational platform technology by the assigned account manager. Inspections are measured against the agreed scope of work, service schedule and site-specific expectations.

Areas reviewed can include common areas, restrooms, lobbies, offices, classrooms, corridors, elevators, floors, entrances and other agreed spaces. When a deficiency or follow-up item is identified, it can be documented and escalated through the operations team for correction and follow-up.
