WOW! Facility Services, division of WOW! Cleaning Inc. was founded in 2005 by Christian Espinoza in the basement of his family’s home in Yonkers, New York, with a simple but powerful vision: deliver consistent, high-quality service while treating people with respect, dignity, and care.
What started as a small, family-driven operation has grown into one of the fastest-growing minority-owned & operated facility services providers in the Northeast Region, serving commercial & residential properties with a level of accountability, responsiveness, and attention to detail that clients can rely on.
Today, WOW! Facility Services partners with property and facility managers to elevate their buildings through integrated janitorial, concierge, and security solutions.
